How long will it take to get my order?

Once payments are received you will typically get package 1-3 business days. Your package may be delayed due to covid-19.

 

What happens if my product is damaged?

All packages are left undamaged in my site. If any of your products get damaged please contact your local postal facility. We also add a fragile handle with care sticker on all packages to ensure this does not happen.

What are the products made of ?

All products are vegan and cruelty free. 
The ingredients of them are hydrogenated polyisobutene (and ) ethylene
/propylene /styrene copolymer, (and) butylene, ethylene, coconut oil , castor oil, vitamin e, cosmetics grade pigments.

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping is calculated with flate rate by the carrier. All orders ship priority mail. USPS is the postal facility.

 

Do you do wholesale in bulk?

Yes we do wholesale some Items in bulk. Once that occurs check on website updates to get for the items you need.

Can I exchange my order?

Due to covid-19 we do not allow exchange of any items. Please read the description of any products on our site before purchasing.

 

 

How is my order prepared? 

Due to covid-19 we ensure , that gloves are worn and hands sanitized before packing your order. we also make sure all products are clean and always have a clean area to pack them.

As we continue to give you the best products we do not use anyone’s personal info . The only time personal info is used is when we are packing your package to ensure it goes to the right person. We treat everyone as if it was us buying from someone else. We make sure everything is secure so that you are able to purchase with us again.
